Harsha2021 Posted October 21, 2020 Report Share Posted October 21, 2020 (edited) Hi, I am currently in Hyderabad. My H1B visa expired in Sep 2019 and extension was filed for the same before expiry. Later in Feb 2020, it was moved to premium and it got approved in Jun 2020 and work permit is valid till Aug 2022. My previous visa stamp was done in Apr 2018 in Hyderabad. One more point is, I came back to India in Jun 2017 and haven't travelled back till now. My first questions is: Am I eligible for dropbox visa stamping now ? If not, then what is the possible date for US Consulate to open in Hyderabad for visa interviews. Second question is: If my visa stamping is completed in above step, can I travel to USA in Nov/Dec 2020 or Jan 2021.
