Rajarajesh Posted October 19, 2020 Report Share Posted October 19, 2020 Hello, I have my first I140 approved from Employer A as EB3 than I changed to employer B and they transferred and now I am on EB 2. As many of us now my date is current as per EB3 but I am on EB 2. Can I downgrade again to EB 3? Can I directly eligible to apply as it was my EB3 date before?
