Venkat S Posted October 18, 2020 Report Share Posted October 18, 2020 Hi Team, Please help me with the answers: Currently I live and work in USA with H1B visa and my I-140 filed in EB2 is approved with the 2017 June Priority date, and My own brother lives here and he is citizen, my parents live in India, we are thinking like, My brother can sponsor Green Card to my parents and once my parent got the GC, they can sponsor GC to me, 1. how does this works, will it work or not, 2. my parents are in India will it work for my brother to sponsor GC to them 3. once they have the GC, can they sponsor GC t o me what are all the Pros and Cons of this route, Could you please please help me with your valuable answers, Appreciate your help in adavance Quote Link to comment
