Dhilip Posted October 16, 2020 Report Share Posted October 16, 2020 Company A: Date of resign: 10/09/2020 - H1b Part time visa valid until 2023 Salary paid - 8 hours pay for the period - 10/03/2020 to 10/09/2020 Company B: Date of join: 10/05/2020 - H1B Full time valid from 10/05/2020 Salary paid - 40 hours pay for the period - 10/05/2020 to 10/09/2020 There is a overlap of 1 week in my resignation between Company A and Company B. I did not work in the company A from 10/05/2020. But the resignation was accepted on 10/09/2020. That overlap will get reflected in the experience letter. Will that be a problem in my future GC processing? If that is a problem in GC filing. What is the solution to overcome this? Quote Link to comment
