CoolDeep Posted October 13, 2020 Report Share Posted October 13, 2020 Hello, I'm not sure if this question belongs to this group but any input is helps a lot. My employer has filed PERM in June 2020. DOL is currently processing the Prevailing Wage determination for applications filed in June 2020 and processing PERM applications filed in April 2020 . As per the new rule came into effect on 8th Oct 2020 where the wage levels for H1b and PERM have been increased, will this new rule apply to my PERM application or will it come to effect on 8th Dec 2020 as I have read that this new rule comes in effect after 60 days from the time when the rule became law. I'm confused - any information/insights is greatly appreciated. Thanks Quote Link to comment
