My company has provided a letter stating that I qualify for a National Interest Exception against the H1b ban (Presidential Proclamation 10052). Has anyone trying for H1b stamping after the h1b ban under an exception? Also, any updates since a Federal Judge has issued Preliminary Injunction Against Trump Block on H, L, Foreign Workers - On October 1 Is there a WA group for discussing experiences with H1b stamping?
