For GC processing when the final action date changes, all applications satisfying the PD gets processed (AOS) or it depends on the backlog? 2. In my case, my application for GC in eb1 category became current for filing of AOS as well as FAD in latest bulletin. If filing happens in say 1st week of Oct, is there any chance that it gets picked up in October month itself for processing? Quote Link to comment
