I have filed for Perm with my new employer in June 2020 and awaiting its approval. Given that EB3 Date of filing (DOF) is Jan 2015 and EB2 DOF is May 2011 and i have read that from past history DOF rarely moves after October month bulletin. Is it advisable to go with EB3 when my perm is approved as my logic is that most of the 2011 and 2012 folks may not downgrade if they have I140 approved due to lack to premium processing when downgrading.
