rockAy27 Posted September 27, 2020 Report Share Posted September 27, 2020 Hi Murthy Forum folks! I am EB2 and my wife is on EB3. Both our dates are current per "Dates for filing". 1. Can we both continue our individual I-485 with our companies? Is there any downside to this approach than each of us getting GCs at different times? 2. I believe if we go with above approach, we CANNOT, at a later date, switch I-485 to another one based on who is current and getting GC first? some context : I barely made current with less than 6 days but in EB3, my wife is current by 3years!
