zeusdlord Posted September 24, 2020 Report Share Posted September 24, 2020 Hi, I have my own H1b and working now with PD of Jan-2016 in EB2. My spouse PD on EB3 is May-2012. In today's Visa Bulletin, my spouse PD is eligible for filling date to apply EAD (I understand, I need to wait for USCIS final clearance on FD which may take a week or so). Question - When my spouse's attorney applies for EAD, can I apply my EAD too? OR should I need to change my visa to H4 before I apply EAD along with Spouse EAD? Is it considered as H4-EAD and get into H4-EAD job issues now? Please clarify. Quote Link to comment
