Greetings, 

I was with Emp A and almost 12 years recently moved to another Emp B and  B has not started my GC processing as of now.But with Employer A - i have approved I-140  with PD 2010 so can i a do self filing  on I-765 on latest DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS chart? Can some one give more info on this.
