Hi,

I am currently on L2 visa and have EAD valid till Apr 2021. My husband's petition got picked this year in H1 and has received RFE which is expected to be returned by November 15. I know i can't work on H4 until i get i-140.

My question is how long can i work, Also, if and when the H1 is approved will i get a date in future that H4 will be active, so i can resign from my job(serving 2 weeks notice) ?
