dream09 Posted September 24, 2020 Report Share Posted September 24, 2020 Hi All, Per Oct 2020 Visa Bulletin, my priority date (Sep 2010) is current for Filing Date EB2 India, but the final action date is Sep 2009. I am right now stuck in India due to the travel restrictions. Is the consular processing based on Filing date or Final Action date? If it is Filing date, how do I initiate Consular processing?
