I understand that due to the Covid situation there are border restrictions between Mexico and US if crossing by land (https://www.dhs.gov/news/2020/08/14/fact-sheet-dhs-measures-border-limit-further-spread-coronavirus). However, can I still travel to Mexico by air for a short trip (5 days) and return to US (by air)? If so, are there any mandatory quarantine restrictions at US airports (for e.g. Los Angeles Airport)?
