rao03 Posted June 26, 2020 Report Share Posted June 26, 2020 My spouse is in US currently on H1B visa. I have an approved H4 petition, but couldnt get stamping as embassy was closed in India. Now with the Executive order I won't get stamping in India. My previous H4 was until Jan 2020 but i had to travel in march for some urgent work. I have a B2 visa too on which i have travelled earlier. Is it possible for me to travel on B2 and then get a COS to H4 in US? Quote Link to comment
