crazy2020times Posted June 9, 2020 Report Share Posted June 9, 2020 Hello, here is my scenario H1 expiring on 06/10/2020 i94 expiring on 06/20/2020 This is my 6th year. Waiting for I140 approval which is in premium. Question: I will apply for H1 extension once I have I140 approval. This will be definitely after 06/10/2020 which is my H1 expiry date and hoping to be before 06/20/2020. In that case should I have to wait for H1 extension to be approved to start working again or I can start working on H1 extension receipt ? thank you. Quote Link to comment
