ramesh2020 Posted May 14, 2020 Report Share Posted May 14, 2020 I used be in US with L1B visa and my employer processed GC in EB-2. I got my I-140, approved during (2015). During 2016, I returned back to india and still working with same employer.I've been working as manager and all the requirements for EB1C. I've following questions. 1. Is there any option to port I-140 from EB-2 to EB-1 as I'm in India? 2. Can my employer file new I-140 and then change priority date to 2015? 3. Do I need to come to US with L1A or any non immigrant visa and start EB1C process? Thanks in Advance. Quote Link to comment
