Delay in receipt if I140 is filed with Electronic copy of Approved Labor Certification

DOL notified that starting March 25th they will start issuing only electronic copy of the approved Labor Certification and I140 can be filed using Electronic copy.

I have been in touch with around 50 people who have filed I140 with Electronic copy of Approved labor certification but have not received receipt yet (Even after one month). While people who filed with original copy (perm approved before 03/24) received their receipt number and their I140 is also getting approved.

Some of us tried to call USCIS and USCIS says that they do not have any reference for I140 filed for us and they asked our attorney to send emails to lockboxsupport, which we are sending now.

 

Any idea on what is going on between DOL and USCIS. Are they just not aware of each others notifications ?
