anand2020 Posted April 9, 2020 Report Share Posted April 9, 2020 Hello all, My H1 has been filed in regular processing and later upgraded to Premium processing on March 4th. USCIS has accepted the Premium processing. However i have not received any updates on my case. When i checked with my employer they have told me to wait until there is an updated from USCIS and have copied the below text from USCIS website. "Petitioners who have already filed a Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, or Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, using the premium processing service and who receive no agency action on their case within the 15-calendar-day period will receive a refund, consistent with 8 CFR 103.7(e)”. Does this mean the accepted petitions will be processed in regular mode? Quote Link to comment
