I539- Fingerprint fee was received. I765- Case was Received My question is what is next process, do we need to go for Biometric? per USCIS website says due to COVID-19 they plan to use the existing biometric info. In my case, we gave biometric in India during the H4 stamping. Are they going to consume those details? Note: H1B already approved in this case. Quote Link to comment

That doesn't apply for H4 and H4 EAD. You will need to go for fingerprinting once you get a fingerprinting appointment notice from USCIS. Quote Link to comment
