Srikisans Posted March 31, 2020 Report Share Posted March 31, 2020 Hello, I am planning to apply for a H4 EAD based on my spouses EB2 I140 approval. My spouses H1B was extended for two more years last month and my H4 is under extension. Finished biometrics Feb 27th and since my spouses H1B was on a premium processing (cap independent) I am expecting my H4 extension to be approved by end of April or later. While H4 is under extension, can I apply for H4 EAD? Thanks Quote Link to comment
