petition20
Is anyone experiencing serious delays in getting receipt notice from Vermont center for the H1 transfer petitions filed in premium processing in the last 2-3 weeks? I, for one have not received it in 2 weeks. Quote Link to comment
cyberlord
My friend was in a similar situation lately. You could ask the attorney to open up a case with USCIS with company, beneficiary and filing information. Quote Link to comment
hey_alexa
it looks like they are returning the applications due to change in the public charge policy in effect. Due to that there is a change in the forms or some extra forms we need to submit that we are not using the medicare or some public funds. Quote Link to comment
petition20
Thanks for your replies. Have you learnt any new information? No change in my situation. Has your friend received 'receipt notice' ? How long is taking in-general to get the receipt notice? Quote Link to comment
