H1 withdrawn Jan 2020 Company B: H1 and H4 applied(June 2019) approved(Oct 2019) till 2021. Never joined the company. H1 and H4 withdrawn(Jan 2020) Company C : Only H1applied (Jun 2019) and approved(Oct 2019) till Jan 2020. Current employer joined July 2019. Filed H1 extension in Jan 2020. Currently in Process. Question: Is first H4 till Dec 2020 still valid? Should H4 be filed asap? Have not filed H4 because may change employer in the next 2-3 months. Please advice. Thank you Quote Link to comment
