Deepalchouksey Posted February 14, 2020 Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 (edited) Hi Experts, My new employer has filed my H1B transfer+extension normal processing on 03-Sept-2019 in California center, then got a notice on 12-Nov-2019 that the case is transferred to another USCIS office (Vermont) and till now did not got any update on my case from Vermont. It is now outside the normal processing times as the cases being processed now is of 24-Sept-2019. What should be my next steps ? 3 Months to 5 Months H-1B - Specialty occupation - Extension of stay in the U.S. September 24, 2019 Should I check the case transferred date or receipt date?
