I would like to know if I can use my existing H1 petition if I want to move back to H1 or do I need to go through lottery process again and do a new petition? Here are my overall dates: I am on H4 EAD since Jan 2015. Now I have started PERM Process. I am thinking I still have 2 years on my H1 which I can use by change of status to H1. Is that correct?
