Amendment to an under processing H1B Extension

Hi All,

My employer has filled for my H1B Cap exempt  extension based on approved I-140 . It's pending with USICS @Vermont center since 15-Oct-19. My Current client is not giving me approval for  converting my case premium. However, I am getting urgent travel opportunity(Currently I am in India)  with  Client B-Location B  with same employer. Client B is ready to do the processing in premium.  

Is there any way I can file amendment to an under processing application ?  Can I withdraw my application  and file new with Client B ?   Will it impact  my case negatively ? 

I would really appreciate if you can please let me know what all options I have ?

You can file an other petition with Client B. You can withdraw current petition.

No impacts. I suppose your employer will have to file a new H1B with a new client letter.
