Desiquery
Quick query at my end based on the timelines below: Last day of employment at my previous employer - December 16, 2019 End of 60 days grace period - February 14, 2020 Start date with new employer - February 24, 2020 Is it OK from the USCIS perspective to have a gap of 10 days between the end of the 60 days grace period and the start date with the new employer? cyberlord
I don't think so. Maybe you should consider exiting USA and then reenter Quote Link to comment
User099
What is your I94 expiry date? I think you will be ok if you have an approved petition in hand starting from 2/24/2020 and have an I94 which is valid beyond Feb 14th. But why take a chance, it might be better to leave and come back. Edited February 12, 2020 by User099 text Quote Link to comment
