TRAVELLING TO INDIA DURING H1B AMENDMENT IN PROGRESS

I Recently moved to new location from NE to TX .My LCA & amendment has been applied for new location(TX).

I have a plan to India in March. My current visa stamp and I797 is valid till Mar 2021.

My Amendment is in process  to new location(TX) ,so my question is:

 

1. Can i travel to India while my amendment process in progress ?

2. If Yes, what documents should I carry along with me during my travel to avoid issues at POE?

Its not advised to travel while the amendment is pending.
