Impact to approved EB1C (i140) application if I switch from L1-A to H1B (with the same employer)

I am currently on a L1-A visa (5th year) and my visa is up for renewal in August this year. I have an approved EB-1 petition (EB1-C) with priority date in March 2018. I am still waiting to file adjustment of status.

My employer has now given me the option to switch to H1-B from L1-A this year. If I was able to successfully switch from L1 to H1-B, what would that mean for my I140? Would my approval to EB1-C get impacted or would it remain active even after moving to H1-B (assuming I continue to work with the same employer)?
