I have been with same company for almost 9 years and joined as Senior Oracle DBA (Technical Role). I became Team Lead in Jun 2015 and manage a team of 10+ DBAs. We have offices world wide and there is a short term opportunity coming up in UK. Question: Can my company file my Green card application in EB1 category upon return if I take 1 year opportunity in UK to meet EB1 requirement of "Multinational manager" category? Also, can I port EB2 priority date for my EB1 filing? Thanks Quote Link to comment
