Arindam chakraborty Posted January 8, 2020 Report Share Posted January 8, 2020 (edited) Hi My H1B and my wife’s H4 has been approved after I140 approval. We are also beyond 6 years. I would like to apply for H4 EAD. However I want to know the EAD card receive address should be as per the address in I797 or I can give other address where I want to receive. The reason for this question is, we may move from the current address because I might change employer or project in another 2 months. Can I use a different address Like a friend’s address as they would never move from that location. I have heard that it is difficult to change address once applied and someone EAD might come to old address. Please advise.
