damomo
My previous company I have an approved I-140 in EB2 category. The new company I'm at (Amazon btw, defaulting to EB3's based just on job id's) is insisting on an EB3 application. Is there any downsides to this? What alternatives do I have if I want to have it done via EB2 only(like doing it myself etc)? Quote Link to comment
User099
I don't know what is your country of birth, but it really doesn't make much difference with the current PD's between EB2 and EB3. You will still be able to port the date from your old I140 if it was approved for more than 180 days. Quote Link to comment
cyberlord
EB2(A) eligibility criteria is either a master's degree OR minimum 5 years of relevant experience in your area of specialty. Edited February 4, 2020 by cyberlord Quote Link to comment
