Maharajan Posted December 20, 2019 Report Share Posted December 20, 2019 (edited) Hi, I entered to US on Dec 2017 first time with Valid H1B Visa and I-94 validity till 29th May 2020. Then I moved to another location with same employer, same client, amendment got approved with I-94 6th June 2020. (Aprrox. 10 days difference). Now Jan 2020 I have vacation plan to India, Do I need to go for stamping just for 10 days difference in I-94 ? If come back with out new stamping, shall I show new I79A copy to get new I-94 date in my passport ? Please help me on this. Edited December 20, 2019 by Maharajan Quote Link to comment
