Her I-94 was valid till June 19th 2019 and we applied for extension on May 20th 2019 and received a receipt as well. She did not receive any notification or notice for Biometric/interview. She left US on September 20th 2019, 3 months after her I-94 date and before we received the denial. On October 30th she received a Denial notice stating that the case is denied/abandoned as she did not appear for biometric. She did not receive any notice. My questions 1. What can be done now 2. Does her stay from June 19 to Sep 20th will be considered to be invalid ? 3. Will this cause any issues in her future travels Thank you for your help Quote Link to comment
