rajesh01
Hello, I work in California for a company A and my current H1B visa expired on Sept 09, 2019,also have i140 approved with company A. Company A applied for extension of H1B and received receipt. Now I want to change my job to company B and company B is ready to transfer in premium processing. Do i have wait for final approval from USCIS with company A and then switch to company B. What are my options available i want to switch to company B ? I would appreciate any comments. Thanks much!!! User099
Waiting for approval and then switching to company B is good. Or Company B can file an application in consular processing, if approved you will have to go for stamping and come back. Or Company B can do a bridge petition which will be tied to Company A's approval. Not a good option. Quote Link to comment
