Change of status from Stem opt and Cpt to H4

Hello There,

I want to file for h4 visa ,as my current stem opt ends onJan 26th, 2020. How soon do I need to start the process of H4? 

Also, when I apply cpt for 2020,Can I drop from 1st semester of cpt and apply h4 visa just in case , I do not want to continue on cpt for long. If so, what’s the process for that?

Please suggest me Asap.

Sin e you have used OPT you can NOT use CPT.

All these CPT from Day 1 institutions are fraud. Stay away from them if you want to have a future in the US.

You can file for you COS from F1 to H4 anytime before Jan 26th 2020. Its taking nearly 6 to 8 months for the applications to be processed. Fasted way is to go for stamping and come back.

DON'T do Day 1 CPT, they are illegal.
