I know its a part of USA and its kinda catching a domestic flight. the question is i dnt have my H1b Stamped and I dnt have new licence (which required for travelling). You need a valid government-issued id (passport, dl) and your valid I-94. That's it. Just make sure that you dont take the ferry to the British VI, because then you'd leave the country.
