They filed with Change of status initially, and i got rfe on specialty occupation, maintenance of status, and CPT. Now my employer want so change the petition to Consular processing and reply to rfe. My question is if my h1b gets approved under consular processing, can i stay i the US and work till my current CPT expires and then go for stamping or Do I have to immediately go to India for stamping ? what options i have.
