Please no assumption based answers, as I need this to proceed. 1. Get NO OBJECTION certificate from my Indian government 2. Apply to Indian Embassy to get waiver using that certificate 3. Apply to Dept. of Labor US I am on the way to apply my J1 Waiver with Indian embassy (Step 2). Before applying that, would like to know if I can change my job to another university? or I need to apply the J1 waiver again if I moved to another job? If later case, Do I need to start from step 2 again or Step 1? Appreciate your inputs. Quote Link to comment
