Dash_8971 Posted October 18, 2019 Report Share Posted October 18, 2019 I have I-140 approval from University A under the EB-1B category but can't apply I-485 due to retrogression. Now I have a better offer as Assistant Professor from University B. Do changing jobs after I-140 approval under the EB-1B category have any negative impact on future EB1-A or -B applications? Will a next USCIS officer see a job change differently? Please give your suggestions. Thank you Quote Link to comment
