Nanda323`
my i-94 expired on 4th April 2019. My Extension with current employer A is already filed on March 4th 2019. Employer B transferred my visa after I-94 expiry on 26th August 2019. My extension with employer A is still in progress(normal processing)recently received RFE and i am still working for employee A under 240 days grace period. we are yet to respond ,mean while transfer with employer B got approval after RFE submission on transfer (I-797A)for 3 years based on my approved I-140. I got a new i-94 from Sept 16th 2019 till 2022. My question is can i join Employer B now without stamping and also what happens to the time between 4th April 2019 and sept 16 2019 which is not on I-94. thanks a lot for your responses.Looking for guidance. regards. User099
You can join Employer B, no issues. You dont need stamping to join B. From 4th Apr to 16 Sept you can should the Emp A receipt notice as your legal proof of stay. Quote Link to comment

User099
If this was filed as a bridge petition, then it will be tied to your Emp A's approval. So better talk to attorney for Emp B and see if they suggest you to go for stamping if Emp A withdraws the petition. Your Emp A petition should have been adjudicated by now, it more than 240 days.
