NamBhardwaj Posted October 15, 2019 Report Share Posted October 15, 2019 Hi my H4EAD expired on Sept 30th and got renewed with new card delivered in mail by Oct 11. In the meanwhile my employer has put me on an administrative leave and kept my laptop and all other work related items. I was completely off work. However, I have recived the salary for this period. I am wondering if this is acceptable or should I be on unpaid leave during the time my ead was expired and under processing. Please help!! Quote Link to comment
