Hi,

I’m on H1B currently and going to complete my six years on Jan 31, 2020. My husband is on L1A.

  1.  Approximately how long will it take for L2 visa processing and also to get EAD?
  2. Can I file for EAD along with L2?
  3. In case if I want to save some days in my H1B for green card filing in future, what is the minimum number of days that needs to be in my H1B for green card filing?
