vamsun
Need Help!. My H4-EAD is expiring on 10/15/19 and filed H4-E-EAD renewal on 6/07. It may take 3-4 weeks more to get an approval. Instead of termination, my employer asking me to take leave of absence, that means they don't run payroll or any benefits. Can I be on leave of absence OR should terminate/rejoin until I get my new H4-EAD extension approval? Please help. Edited October 4, 2019 by vamsun Quote Link to comment
xTDx
No need to terminate. Stopping work and stop getting paid and you will be fine. Quote Link to comment
Shweta2021
Hi, Has anyone already gone on leave of absence after H4EAD expiration without any green card issues? I am in the same boat and confused if I should go on leave of absence or terminated. I just want to be double sure so that i dont mess with my green card process Quote Link to comment
