My previous employer filed extension for H1B and H4 in Oct 2018. It was not approved yet Aug 2019. I changed job and applied new H1B extension in May 2019 and got approval for new employer. Post new employer H1B Approval I filed H4 extension in May 2019. Previous employer revoked H1b and H4 in Aug 2019. Now I received RFE for new H4 extension asking reason for late filing for H4 extension. stating dependent did not had valid status on filing day (May 2019). Do I need to worry ? Should I ask previous employer for denied H4 receipt and approval for RFE response. Edited October 4, 2019 by Vishal108 Quote Link to comment
