Sumit Pandey Posted September 4, 2019 Report Share Posted September 4, 2019 My spouse worked for Company A and petition was approved till May 2019. My H4 and H4-EAD was also approved till same date. In between my spouse got his H1 transferred to Company B and H1 and my H4 got approved till Sep 2021. After working for few months with Company B, spouse re-joined Company A with same approved petition till May 2019. Now Company A has filed for H1 and H4 extension along with H4 EAD extension but it is pending approval from last 4-5 months. My questions are - (1) Can I use Company B approved H4 petition (valid till Sep 2021) to file for H4 EAD extension? (2) If I file for H4 EAD extension based on Company B approved H4 petition, what will happen to H4 EAD application filed by Company A along with H1/H4 extension? (3) What documents are required to file for H4 EAD extension if I use Company B approved H4 petition? Thank you Sumit Quote Link to comment
