I never applied for her H4. Now I am planning to go to India and get re-married and get my would be wife to the US. I wanted to know if it is mandatory to remove my ex-wife's name from my passport before I schedule an H4 visa appointment for my would be wife or can I continue with the my existing passport and ask my would be wife to carry divorce papers for the interview. My passport is valid for another 6 years. Please can the experts provide guidance around this. Quote Link to comment
