H1B Extension pending and approved petition with previous employer until Aug2020

H1B Amendment Denied with current Employer B  last month July 2019, H1B Extension with Current Employer B is pending with USCIS but I have a 

I have a valid I-94 till Aug 2020 and had an approved petition with previous employer A (Until Aug 2020). had a valid visa (until Aug 2020) on Passport which got it from previous employer A.

Reason for H1B Amendement Denied: Speciality Occupation

What are options available staying in US
1. Can I change a new employer through H1B transfer though H1B extension is pending with current employer B and had a approval petition (Until Aug2020 ) with previous employer.

2. Do I stay in US until I-94 date till Aug2020
