9Sam9 Posted August 22, 2019 Report Share Posted August 22, 2019 (edited) My wife had a h1b visa extension rejection with company A in USA after which she came to US on h4 visa being on LOP with company A (India) . Den with company B (USA) my wife got here h1b visa approved again. Her change of status was denied due to international travel. Now she need to get her visa stamped. Does she need to resign from the company she is in before appearing in the interview ? Also in DS160 what should be her current employer.
