NODA Posted August 21, 2019 Report Share Posted August 21, 2019 I received my first I-797 in July -18 valid until Jan-21, and another in May-19 valid until Oct-19. I neither applied for extension nor any amendment. I am not sure how and why did they send me the second time . Now what should be i consider my I-94 expiration date, the one that i received in July-18 or the one that i received in May-19. Thanks NODA Quote Link to comment
